Kilim Description
This is a semi-antique Caucasian Karabagh kilim runner woven during the second quarter of the 20th century circa 1940 and measures 288 x 102 CM in size. This piece has a highly geometric design with a center row of four repeating medallions surrounded by Paisley motifs set on a pastel red background color. Its border is decorated with alternating colored abstract eagle motifs set on a brick red background color. This piece has been preserved in excellent condition and is ready to be used and enjoyed for many more years to come.
