The shaded light brick-red field with three large multicoloured angular floral medallions. In charcoal-black border of bold palmettes and angular leafy vine between sandy-yellow angular vine, barber-pole and plain stripes.

Very nicely drawn design and good colour combination. Bold appearance. This rug has good pile. Ends with short fringes, secured. Selvages original. In general this rug is in very good usable condition. Classic for this type. Attractive and very good furnishing piece.
