The carpets woven by Hajji Mullah Mohammad Hassan Mohtasham in Kashan are one of the best and most famous carpets woven. he was one of a master weavers that helped re-estabelish Kashan as an important weaving centre in Persia at the end of the 19th century. His unique masterpieces characterized by highly sophisticated design, luminous color and superior quality of wool.
