Rug Description
This is a classically design tabriz haji jalili rug woven in northwest Persia during the end of the 19th century. The field is decorated with a highly refined and elegantly drawn center medallion that sits on a rust background field color. The dark blue border and corner medallion creates color contrast to create a dramatic effect upon the viewer. This rug is in exceptional condition and has an extra fine weave.
